Do you want to update your kid’s picture?

1. Open the Parent Cue app.
2. Tap FAMILY in the bottom left corner.
3. Tap EDIT by the designated kid.
4. Tap EDIT in the top right corner profile image circle.
5. Add Photo from Phone Library or Camera.

Do you need to update your kid’s grade or phase or confirm it’s correct?

1. Open the Parent Cue app.
2. Tap FAMILY in the bottom left corner.   
3. Tap EDIT next to your kid/teen’s name. 
4. Make sure the Move Up Date listed reflects when your child starts their new grade. The app will automatically move up your child to the next grade on that date. If it’s past that date and your child didn’t move up, follow the next step to manually adjust their grade. If your child is in preschool or younger, skip this step and go to the next one.
5. If your child is in preschool or younger, tap the down arrow in the Phase/Grade field and choose the designated Phase/Grade.
6. Tap SAVE at the bottom.
